Nostalgia Collect is pleased to answer any questions you may have before, during and after your purchase.  Feel free to contact us.    For your convenience, here are some of the most common questions we receive.

1. What are your accepted Payment Methods?

We accept American Express, Apple Pay, MasterCard, PayPal & Visa.

Paypal appears as the first option at check out.  However, customers may pay via Amex, Apple Pay, MasterCard and Visa as the last step of the check out process.

2. What do you charge for shipping?

We have different levels of shipping available to meet your needs


Cards are shipped from Niagara Falls, New York.

$2 for standard shipping to USA and Canada (5-9 business days - no tracking included)

$5 for USA and Canada tracked shipping (4- 6 business days - tracking included)

$8 for USA rush your order with priority shipping (2 - 4 business days - tracking included)


$5 for EU and UK shipping for invoices under $15.

$8 for EU and UK shipping for invoices over $15.

Nostalgia Collect ships out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada and Niagara Falls, New York, United States.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Majority of orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Once prepared, your item will be dispatched. Please see the following ETA for standard shipping:

Canada: 1 week.
United States: 1-2 weeks
International: 1-3 weeks.

All times are approximate, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

4. I received my order, it wasn't quite the right size. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns & exchanges if your order meets specific conditions as outlined in our return and refund policy. Please review our return and refund policy for more information.

5. I bought a greeting card and it still hasn't arrived. Where is it?

We ship via standard letter mail for single card orders. The average ETA are as follows:

Canada: 3-5 business days.
United States: 6-8 business days.
International: 8-12 business days.

If your order has taken longer than the expected ETA, please contact us at your earliest convenience and we will follow up on your order.

6. Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we are artists and graphic designers here at Nostalgia Collect. Please shoot us an email with your inquiry and we can move forward from there.

7. Do you offer wholesale orders?

Yes, we offer discounted pricing on select items for wholesale purchase. Please shoot us an email with your inquiry and we can move forward from there.
