Where are you based?
Toronto. Every card is printed to order in our studio here.
How long until my order ships?
Within 3-4 business days. Each card is packed flat in a sturdy cardboard mailer, so it arrives without bent corners.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Standard shipping is free to Canada and the US, with no minimum. Canada takes 3-7 business days and the US takes 4-9. Tracked upgrades are available at checkout. See our Shipping page for every option and price.
Why does my US order have a New York postmark?
US orders are mailed from Niagara Falls, NY by USPS. Your card travels as domestic US mail, which is faster and cheaper than sending it across the border.
Do you ship outside Canada and the US?
We ship to select countries in Asia. We don't ship to the UK or Europe at the moment. If your country isn't offered at checkout, we can't ship there yet.
Can I pay in US dollars?
Yes. Prices show in CAD or USD depending on where you are, and you can switch currency at the top of the page.
My card arrived damaged or hasn't shown up. What now?
If your card arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived 10 business days after it shipped, email questions@nostalgiacollect.com with your order number and we'll help sort it out.
How do digital e-cards work?
You'll get an email with your download link right after purchase. Nothing ships.
