Estimated shipping times (for standard shipping):
Canada : 4 - 8 business days
United States: 5 - 9 business days
Rest of World: 6 - 12 business days
We do our best to meet these shipping estimates and process your order as soon as possible. However, shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time can depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Nostalgiacolllect will not be held responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & exchanges
We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations (terms below):
Request return or exchange within: 30 days of delivery
Ship returns back to us within: 21 days of approval
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, returns will not be accepted for the following items:
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Seasonal items (i.e Holiday items, such as Christmas & Valentine's)
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
